H. C. Peck was the primary consulting firm acquiring and relocating the surrounding area for this development. The NWC is a historical site in Denver that will become a year round destination for locals and tourists alike.
US 34 Big Thompson Canyon
US 34 sustained heavy damaged during the 2013 floods, with many homes damaged and over 100 air-lifted evacuations. H.C Peck assisted in this crucial project to rebuild, working with landowners, easements, and necessary acquisitions to repair and stabilize the road for years to come.
H.C. Peck has a long standing relationship with Denver RTD, we have assisted in countless projects in a wide range of capacities to help the cities explosive growth have new and revamped avenues to commute through. Including adding and improving current lines our work has cut down on congestion and improved traffic flow throughout the city.
I-25 Arapahoe Rd
After detailed survey work CDOT determined Arapahoe Road needed a new bridge, this new bridge improved the interchange complex to reduce congestion and improved traffic operations and safety. H. C. Peck helped in the acquisition, relocation, title work and closings of properties impacted by this project.
Boulder County Collaborative – CDBG Disaster Recovery 
In response to the 2013 flood, the city, town and county governments of Boulder County engaged in a collaborative process for CDBG Disaster Recovery  project and program prioritization and implementation.  H.C. Peck assisted in this important project in making these areas more resilient in the future.
T-REX Project
Metro Denver’s Transportation Expansion Project (T-REX), was a massive $1.67 billion combined freeway reconstruction and light-rail extension project that HC Peck was delighted to help make a reality in transforming Denver’s outmoded Interstate 25 and Interstate 225 freeways and extending the city’s light-rail system an impressive 19 miles.
